I switch up my fragrance every few years - eras of my life could be purely catergorised by scent. When I first arrived in Bangkok I started wearing Daisy by Marc Jacobs, it's a perfect match for a city rich in scent with young coconuts, mangoes & incense or uh, day old trash in the hot heat (my solid Daisy parfum ring proved to be a saviour on this front).
Recently I felt like I needed to say au revoir to girly scents and find a more grown up and powerful fragrance. I'm a hardcore Fendi fan & when a store assistant spritzed me with Fan di Fendi I knew it was the one! I've never had more comments on a scent - the leather base notes are rich and the tuberose & pear balance it out up top!
I also keep a solid pot of Karma Kamet's unisex parfum Keith in my bag - it's all natural & refreshes the pulse points.
